Greenlight Re adds three new board directors, including former XL Group CIO Ursuline Foley. Fiserv former CEO joins SentinelOne board.

SentinelOne, a cybersecurity platform company located in California, has announced that Jeff Yabuki will become a member of its board of directors. Yabuki served as the CEO of Fiserv, a commercial financial marketing program provider, from 2005 to 2020.

Hedge fund manager David Einhorn’s listed reinsurance unit, Greenlight Capital Re, appointed three new board directors. The new appointees include former XL Group executive Ursuline Foley, retired KPMG audit partner Johnny Ferrari, and Victoria Guest, former general counsel at the Bermuda-based reinsurer Hamilton Insurance Group. Foley previously held several technology and risk roles at AXA XL’s predecessor company XL Group, including as CIO and chief data officer. She is currently a member of the risk and technology committees on the board of directors of Provident Bank.

InfoSec Global, a cryptography solutions security company, has appointed John Harris as chief revenue officer and executive vice president of operations. Harris has previously worked as an executive at a variety of other cybersecurity companies, such as Keyfactor and eSentire.

Cenlar FSB, a national loan subservicer based in New Jersey, has hired Jason Shockey as chief information security officer. Shockey previously worked as the CISO at Cyberpoint International.

SMBC has appointed Gordon Wilson as US chief information officer. Wilson joined the financial group two years ago as US chief data officer from JPMorgan Chase asset management. He will continue to serve as that role in addition to his new responsibilities.

Epiphany Systems, a cybersecurity company specializing in cloud security products, has announced that Malcolm Harkins will be joining its executive team as chief security officer. In the company’s press release, Harkins states that he is looking forward to assisting the company it its mission to “transform the legacy industry approach of vulnerability management to exploitability management.”
